Shipping and Returns
Where we ship: We ship our products throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (note: orders going to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped via the Fed Ex 2Day shipping option). We do not currently ship our products outside the United States.
Processing Time: Because all our confections are made and packaged by hand, please allow two full business days (Monday-Friday) for us to process your order before it ships from our kitchen.
Shipping to Warm Weather Destinations: We want you, or the person to which you are shipping our confections, to receive them in pristine condition ready to be enjoyed the way they should be – looking and tasting amazing! As a result, we take measures, such as the use of cold packs, to protect our products when shipping to warm weather climates. However, if the destination to which your order is being shipped has a temperature of more than 72 degrees anytime during the week of shipment, the Fed Ex 2Day day shipping option must be selected or we cannot guarantee the condition of your confections upon arrival. Orders going to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped via the Fed Ex 2Day shipping option regardless of the temperature or time of year.
P.O. Boxes: We are not able to ship orders to P.O. Box addresses.
Incorrect Shipping Information: Please note that we cannot be responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect entry of shipping information or the entry of an undeliverable address by the customer.
Shipping to Residential Addresses: Orders shipped to residential addresses are shipped with a signature release, meaning that the package will be delivered without requiring the recipient’s signature. We cannot be responsible for the condition of our confections once the package has been delivered. For instance, if the package is left outside the residence in the hot sun for three days after delivery, a rain storm washes it off the front porch, or an animal decides to tear open the box and eat the chocolate before the recipient does, we can’t replace the order. You’ll receive an email upon delivery, so we suggest that if you are sending our confections as a gift to a residential address that you check with the recipient upon delivery to ensure they are aware the package is there for them.
Special Instructions: If you have special instructions or comments related to your order, please enter them in the designated section at checkout. However, please note that we cannot honor instructions related to specific delivery issues at the recipient’s address that are out of our control (e.g., “Leave the package on the side door” or “Deliver between 9am and 2pm on Tuesday”). We ask that you please contact FedEx directly with these types of issues, and reference the tracking number we email you related to your order.
